Scholarships and funds available through the Delta Hospital Foundation are administered by a committee of the Foundation's Board of Directors and the Executive Director. The Delta Hospital Foundation is pleased to serve as secretary for these awards. The successful candidates are invited to an award ceremony at Foundation offices. All other applicants are notified in writing of the successful candidate.
Robert T. Reynolds Memorial Scholarship - an annual $1,000 scholarship open to all grade 12 students residing in Delta who intend to undertake post-secondary education. An applicant’s success is measured on their participation in extra-curricular activities, community volunteerism and academic achievement. Past Winners
Delta Cedar Products Scholarship - established in 1995 through a generous donation of a $250,000 endowment by Mr. Errol Wintemute. These funds remain intact in perpetuity and the interest will be used for educational purposes at Delta Hospital. The objective of this fund is to provide funding to support educational programs for employees of the Fraser Health Authority who are located at Delta Hospital.
