Many years ago, Robert T. Reynolds devoted himself to establishing Delta Hospital. He really got everyone going and since then I’ve always backed the hospital. My gift of stock securities is the best way to both give and get great tax benefits. Besides getting a charitable deduction, there are no capital gains taxes to pay. REASON #8 - Because accidents happen
We’re an active family and have all had to use the hospital. The most critical was when Reid's Opa was stung by bees. By the time he drove himself to Emergency he couldn't breath - the doctor said he was 5 minutes away from a life or death situation. It was pretty scary. We raised pledges for Walk for Health because accidents happen and it’s comforting to know we can get help close by at Delta Hospital when we need it - Marion & Reid Janssen, Ladner

REASON #9 - So equipment can be purchased for people who need it now.
I’ve lived in Ladner for 35 years so know how important it is to support our community hospital. I know that the hospital needs the funds now so essential equipment can be purchased for the people who need it now. That’s why I make Delta Hospital part of my ‘giving plan’ by making a substantial annual gift.
