Gordon Askin and Bill Savage of the Tsawwassen Shrine Club #31 were pleased to present Delta Hospital Foundation Executive Director Teresa Cooper with a cheque for $1,193. Raised at the Annual Quilt Walk and Car Show, the funds are part of a $75,000 pledge the Shriner’s have made towards the hospital’s Pediatric & Observation Room.
The Shriner’s are still on the lookout for the winner of their 50/50 draw at the Quilt Walk. The winning ticket drawn did not have a name or phone number on it. The lucky holder of ticket # 1833368 is the winner of $609 and they can contact the Delta Hospital Foundation at 604-940-9695 to claim their prize. |
